font-size: medium;"><b><i>Sollevare pesi</i></b></span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana;">Se vi allenate con sovraccarichi, si consigliano ripetizioni più elevate e pesi più leggeri (target: mantenimento di tono e definizione). Il sollevamento ripetuto di pesi superiori a 18 kg potrebbe causare un travaglio prematuro.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: medium;"><b><i>Esercizi consigliati</i></b></span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana;">Cercate di mantenere un buon livello di forma fisica per tutta la gravidanza, senza provare a raggiungere il massimo della forma o di allenarvi per una competizione atletica. L'esercizio aerobico a basso impatto è di solito più delicato per le articolazioni e facile da svolgere.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana;">Nel primo e nel secondo trimestre l'esercizio fisico moderato fa bene al corpo e aumenta l'afflusso di sangue al bambino.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana; font-size: medium;"><i><b>Camminare, nuotare e usare la cyclette</b></i></span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana;">Camminare, nuotare e fare cyclette sono buone forme di esercizio aerobico a basso impatto durante la gravidanza.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana;">Anche lo yoga, il pilates e l'acquagym sono validi e includono stretching e rafforzamento. Ma non sdraiatevi sulla schiena dopo il primo trimestre (12 settimane) quando praticate pilates o yoga, ad esempio.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: verdana;">Il nuoto (ma non in acqua fredda) o l'acquagym, sono un ottimo modo per fare esercizio durante la gravidanza.
