Isometria e corsa - Isometrics and Running

A presto!

Here's a summary of my latest two training sessions, last evening a this morning:

Saturday 06/12: This was a relaxing and smooth session. I started with some warm-up techniques of boxing, Wing Chun and JKD against the Wooden Dummy where i emphasized the footwork and the side slips in order to raise my pulse. Then i proceeded with 10' jumping rope at an easy pace and continued with a circuit of Isometrics Exercises (see the video above), 8'' each. This combos are very useful to improve your strength in a short amount of time.
Eventually i finished the session with 10' stretching combined with deep breathing techniques and relaxation as the Qi Gong teaches.

As for this morning, Sunday 07/12: It was originally meant to be a long easy run of 14k along with my friend Tiziano, but then we decided to turn it into a 8,5k route due to Tiziano's energy crisis. Common sense told us not to push any further, otherwise it would have been really tough for him to finish up.
Despite we didn't run the whole distance, it was a nice and regenerating session.

See you soon :D
